The Walnut Acoustic Acorn Wood Bluetooth Speaker is a cute palm-sized speaker that has the signature design of real, natural, well-crafted walnut wood casing with smooth and streamlined finishing without manipulating by toxic chemicals. The build quality is very solid. The speaker itself looks as an uni-body design and is very well-constructed wihout any cracks or significantly visible gaps.
There is a LED indicator and a Micro-USB charging port at the back; and a reset port and power buttons at the bottom. The minimal and simple design makes it very appealing aesthetically and is very elegant addition to any desk setup without adding bulk or wasting any real estate there.
Performance
I have not come across any connectivity issue with Acoustic Acorn so far as I have been using the speaker in room instead of moving it around. The wireless range for a stable connection works as advertised.
In terms of sound quality, the Acoustic Acorn Speaker performs pretty well with quite crispy audio. It is not the richest in terms of details and lacks quite a bit amount of bass, nevertheless, the speaker is capable to deliver clear surprisingly loud volume out from its small body.
